Packing and Shipping

All items are carefully packaged and we ensure the package is water proof with plastic wrap so as to avoid any form of damage. Shipping varies with the nature of the products although sellers provide FREE delivery on most items in India. For International orders, the shipping charges are different for different items and it will be mentioned clearly on the checkout page. 
iCrafts delivers items all around India and Internationally. We try to process all deliveries through reputed courier companies like Blue dart, DTDC, DHL and  Fedex  to deliver your shipments safely and timely to you. In some cases where the pin code/zip code is not serviceable by these courier companies, we use Indian Speed Post (EMS) for those deliveries.If there is no courier service available in your area, we will get in touch with you and try to work out a convenient alternate delivery location that is serviced by our courier partners. The estimated time of delivery is within 7 working days for domestic orders and 21 working days for international orders. All orders get shipped within 3 days from the Seller’s warehouse. You can also track your order by a Tracking ID provided by our courier partners for your order by which you can track your delivery on the respective websites of our courier partners. We email you the tracking number after we dispatch your order. You can also see the tracking number in your order history panel in your account when you login.
Additional Payments
iCrafts will not be responsible for any additional payments. Customs Duty & other international taxes etc. if applicable will have to be born by the customer according to the laws of the land. Any applicable octroi will be payable by the customer. Please pay Octroi to the courier company if requested by them in these cities.[Nagpur , Sangli , Dombivili , Nasik , Mumbai , Pimpri & Chinchwardi Kothrud (Pune) , Ahmednagar , Pune , Akola are Octroiable cities]
Refund Policy
We have a friendly refund policy whereby we refund for products which are damaged, broken, have manufacturing defects, wrong size or does not match with photo/description as given on iCrafts.
The customer/buyer has to reach iCrafts customer care with in 7 days of receipt of damaged goods.  Return requests can be raised on Return page. Customer may have to send an image of product on email in case if claiming that the product is damaged or not meeting description. We will verify your compaint and if found to be valid, we will be offering product replacement or purchase credit for the product cost on  return.  We will not be able to arrange for return shipping and will not bear any related costs.
